§ 108885 Local Health Enforcement Agreements

The department and a health officer, as defined in Section 111015, may enter into an agreement designating the local health department of a city, county, city and county, or local health district as the department’s authorized agent for the purposes of enforcing this chapter. If an agreement is executed pursuant to this section, the department shall make fee revenues available to the health officer for performing duties relating to enforcing this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
