§ 107080 Radiologic Technology Fees

This law tells how much you have to pay for getting, renewing, or replacing a radiologic technology license or permit.

Key Takeaways

  • •The department sets the application, exam‑retake, and yearly renewal fees.
  • •A $5 penalty is added if you renew after the expiration date.
  • •A $1 fee is charged for a duplicate certificate or permit.
  • •No other fees can be charged unless the Radiologic Technology Act says so.

Example

Jane finishes a radiology school program and applies for her license. She pays the application fee, then each year she pays the renewal fee. If she forgets to renew on time, she also pays a $5 late fee. If she loses her license card, she pays $1 for a new copy.

Jane’s payments follow the amounts the department decides are needed. The $5 extra charge only shows up when she renews after the deadline, and the $1 charge is only for a duplicate.
