§ 106710 Environmental Health Specialist Registration

A valid registration as an environmental health specialist under this article shall only be issued to a person who has: (a)  Met the applicable education and experience requirements. (b)  Successfully passed the examination for registration. (c)  Submitted a complete application in accordance with Section 106630. (d)  Paid the fees required in Section 106700. (e)  Not committed acts specified in subdivision (a) of Section 106715. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
