§ 102330 Vital Record Copy Requirements

The local registrar shall make a complete and accurate copy of each certificate accepted for registration and shall preserve it in his or her office as the local registrar’s copy of the record in the manner directed by the State Registrar. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
