§ 101860 Hospital Asset Transfer Requirements

If any state agency, including a constitutional corporation, transfers to a private corporation assets for the operation of a hospital by that corporation and the value of the assets is not less than fifty million dollars ($50,000,000), the corporation shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 927, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1998.)
