§ 7070 District Officer Appointments

The board shall at its first meeting, or as soon thereafter as practical, appoint a secretary and treasurer. The board shall also appoint other officers that are necessary or convenient for the business of the district. (Amended by Stats. 1974, Ch. 378.)
