§ 1254 Pilotage Rate Adjustments

(a) The pilotage rates imposed pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 1190) shall be subject to adjustment under this chapter. (b) The pilotage rates imposed pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 1190) shall remain in effect and be deemed pilotage tariffs set pursuant to this chapter until the rates are adjusted pursuant to this chapter.
