§ 8812 Commission Appointee Qualifications

Key Takeaways

  • •People picked for the commission must be really good at things like teaching, arts, or helping the public.
  • •They should come from different parts of the state, not just one area.
  • •They should have different jobs and skills to help the commission do its work well.

Example

Imagine a group is being formed to decide how to improve schools and arts in the state.

The group should include people like a teacher from the north, an artist from the south, and someone who works in TV or radio. This way, many different ideas and places are represented.
