§ 8271 Commission Voting Requirements

The affirmative votes of a majority of the commissioners at a full session or committee meeting are required for the commission or committee to take action on any measure, respectively, including resolutions, annual reports, and initiatives. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 660, Sec. 2. (AB 46) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2030, pursuant to Section 8276.)
