§ 75500 Judges Retirement System Ii

(a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Judges’ Retirement System II Law. (b) Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 75000) shall not apply to this chapter and shall not apply to judges, as defined in Section 75502. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 879, Sec. 11. Effective September 27, 1994. Operative November 9, 1994, by Sec. 16 of Ch. 879.)
