§ 71811 Court Interpreter Employment Rules

Except as provided in this chapter, or by a memorandum of understanding or agreement with a recognized employee organization, court interpreters who are employed by a trial court shall be subject to the same personnel rules as other employees of the trial court, subject to meet and confer in good faith. (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1047, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2003.)
