§ 56897 Commission Resolution Compliance Updates

Key Takeaways

  • •If the commission changes its rules, everyone must follow the new rules.
  • •Any new or updated rules become part of the original rules.
  • •You have to follow the latest version of the rules, not the old one.

Example

Imagine your school changes the rule about wearing hats in class. Before, hats were allowed, but now they are not.

If the school commission (the people who make the rules) changes the rule about hats, everyone must follow the new rule. If you wear a hat after the rule changes, you could get in trouble, even if hats were allowed before.
