§ 29844 County Claim Payment Process

Whenever moneys become available in the fund for payment of the registered claim or order, the county auditor shall enter on each the amount of interest due and the total amount including principal and interest and shall issue his or her warrant therefore for such claims or orders according to the sequence of registration. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 294, Sec. 2.)
