§ 29843 County Warrant Payment Priority

Warrants shall be issued by the county auditor in payment of registered claims or orders from the first moneys thereafter becoming available in the fund and before any other claims or orders are paid from the fund. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 294, Sec. 2.)
