§ 29806 County Expense Payment Order

Imagine the county gets three bills: one for fixing a school roof, one for road repairs, and one for new library books.

The county will pay the bill for the school roof first if it came in first. If there's not enough money left for the road repairs, that bill goes on a list and gets paid when more money is available, before the library books bill if it was added to the list first.
