§ 25820 County Waste Disposal Authority

The board of supervisors may acquire, construct, reconstruct, alter, enlarge, maintain, and operate dump sites, incinerators, and other disposal plants for the disposal of combustible or noncombustible garbage or rubbish, or both. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
