§ 24352 Officer Fee Recordkeeping Requirements

Each officer authorized to receive fees pursuant to this title shall keep, in accordance with the guidelines of the Controller, a monthly record of all fees or compensation and fines of whatever nature, kind, or description, collected or chargeable. The record shall be open to public inspection during office hours. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 876, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1999.)
