§ 23335 Commission Organization And Meetings

• •The group must meet within 10 days after they are chosen to pick a leader and a secretary who is not part of the group.
• •The group can decide when and where to meet after their first meeting.
• •More than half of the group must be present to make official decisions.

A group of 5 people is chosen to help make decisions for their town. They get a letter saying they are part of the group.

They have 10 days to meet at the main town office. At this meeting, they pick one person to be the leader and another person, who is not in the group, to be the secretary. After that, they can meet whenever and wherever they want. But to make any big decisions, at least 3 of them must be at the meeting.
