§ 22783 School Employer Definition

“School employer” means a contracting agency that is a school district, county board of education, personnel commission of a school district, a county superintendent of schools, or a community college district. (Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22. Effective June 24, 2004.)
