§ 21531 Death Benefit Payment Rules

The basic death benefit and the limited death benefit shall be paid as provided in this article to the beneficiary designated by the member under Section 21490 or 21492. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
