§ 21173 Delegation Of Contracting Authority

The governing body of a contracting agency may delegate any authority or duty conferred or imposed under this article to a subordinate officer subject to conditions it may impose. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
