§ 21157 Local Safety Member Determination

The governing body of a contracting agency shall make its determination within six months of the date of the receipt by the contracting agency of the request by the board pursuant to Section 21154 for a determination with respect to a local safety member. A local safety member may waive the requirements of this section. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
