§ 20465 Public Agency Audit Data

(a) On request of the board, the public agency shall furnish data concerning its employees as the board requires to make the necessary valuations and investigation into the experience among the employees. (b) On request of the board, the public agency shall furnish the board a copy of any third party or internal audit performed by or for the public agency. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
