§ 16390 State Pay Roll Revolving Fund

A revolving fund in the State Treasury is hereby created, to be known as the State Pay Roll Revolving Fund, which fund may be utilized for the payment of compensation to officers and employees of the State and all amounts withheld therefrom pursuant to law, and for the payment of refunds as provided in this article. (Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 929.)
