§ 13005 Department Organizational Authority

• •The boss of a government department can organize their team however they think is best, but they need the Governor's okay first.
• •The boss can create new teams or groups inside the department if they need to, but again, the Governor has to say it's okay.
• •The boss can also change or get rid of these teams or groups later if they don't work out.

Imagine the boss of the Department of Parks wants to make a new team just to take care of all the playgrounds in the state.

The boss can do this, but first they have to ask the Governor for permission. If the Governor says yes, the new team can start working. If later the boss sees that this team isn't needed anymore, they can get rid of it, but again, they need the Governor's okay.
