§ 12477 Controller Rulemaking Exemptions

Key Takeaways

  • •Some rules don't have to follow the usual steps to become official.
  • •The Controller decides how these special rules are shared with people.
  • •This is about rules made under this section or another one called Section 1153.

Example

Imagine your school has a special rule about lunch time that doesn't need to be approved by the principal like other rules.

The person in charge (the Controller) can decide how to tell everyone about this special rule, like putting it on a poster or sending a note home.
