§ 12160 Secretary Of State Duties

The Secretary of State is charged with custody of: (a) The enrolled copy of the Constitution. (b) All acts and resolutions passed by the Legislature. (c) The Journals of the Legislature. (d) The Great Seal. (e) All books, records, deeds, parchments, maps, and papers, kept or deposited in the Secretary of State’s office pursuant to law. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 37. (AB 378) Effective January 1, 2022.)
