§ 5505 Association Incorporation Approval

The articles of incorporation of a proposed association shall not be filed in the office of the Secretary of State unless a certificate of approval of the articles of incorporation issued by the commissioner is attached thereto. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
