§ 31302 Licensee Office Accessibility Requirements

Each office of a licensee shall be located in a place which is reasonably accessible to the public and shall, unless the commissioner approves otherwise, be open for the transaction of business during normal business hours on each business day. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1064, Sec. 655. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative July 1, 1997.)
