§ 31320 Licensee Office Relocation Rules

(a) No licensee shall relocate its head office without the prior approval of the commissioner. (b) No licensee shall establish, relocate, or close any office (other than its head office) unless it files a report on the action with the commissioner not less than 30 days (or such shorter period as the commissioner may approve) before taking the action. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1064, Sec. 656. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative July 1, 1997.)
