§ 31320 Licensee Office Relocation Rules

• •A company with a license can't move its main office without asking the boss (commissioner) first.
• •If a company wants to open, move, or close any other office, it must tell the boss at least 30 days before doing it.
• •Sometimes the boss might say it's okay to tell them sooner than 30 days.

A bank wants to open a new branch in another town.

The bank must tell the commissioner at least 30 days before opening the new branch. If they don’t, they could get in trouble.
