§ 22166 Advertising Records Retention

The commissioner may require licensees to maintain a file of all advertising copy for a period of two years from the date of its use. The file shall be available to the commissioner upon request. (Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 640, Sec. 2. (SB 1146) Effective January 1, 2011.)
