§ 22165 Advertising Approval Requirements

No advertising copy shall be used after its use has been disapproved by the commissioner and the licensee is notified in writing of the disapproval. The commissioner may by order direct any licensee to submit advertising copy to the commissioner for review prior to use. (Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 640, Sec. 1. (SB 1146) Effective January 1, 2011.)
