§ 1878 Corporate Reporting And Examinations

Every corporation shall make reports to the commissioner at such times and in such form as the commissioner may require and is subject to examination by examiners appointed by the commissioner, to the extent and whenever and as often as the commissioner shall deem it advisable, but in no case less than once every two calendar years. The cost of such examinations shall be fixed by the commissioner and be paid by the corporation examined. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
