• •The team must write down in their meeting notes that they saw the letter.
• •This is to make sure everyone in charge knows what’s going on and doesn’t ignore important stuff.

The government sends a letter to a bank saying they need to fix how they handle customer money.

The bank manager must show this letter to the whole board at their next meeting and write in the notes that they talked about it. If they don’t, they’re breaking the rules.
