§ 18345 Management Personnel Change Reporting

An industrial loan company shall notify the commissioner of every change in the officers, directors and management personnel of the company and of each branch of the company within 15 days of such change. Such report shall include a complete identification of each person assuming any such office or duties and such other information as the commissioner shall prescribe. The commissioner may by rule or order prescribe the positions or duties which will be deemed to be management personnel within the meaning of this section. (Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 663, Sec. 13.
