§ 18354 Witness Testimony In Examinations

The commissioner may require the attendance of witnesses and examine under oath all persons whose testimony he requires relative to the affairs of an industrial loan company or to the subject matter of any examination, investigation, or hearing. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 964.)
