§ 7121 Fish And Amphibian Sales

• •You can't sell or buy fish or frogs caught in the state's waters unless the law or rules say it's okay.
• •If you're on a boat with people fishing for fun, you can't sell or buy the fish they catch.
• •The only time you can have these fish in a business is if you're canning or smoking them, and even then, you have to follow special rules.

You go fishing on a boat with your friends, and you catch some fish. Later, you try to sell those fish to a local restaurant.

This is not allowed. The law says you can't sell fish caught by people fishing for fun. The restaurant also can't buy those fish from you.
