§ 4757 Bear Skin And Head Retention

• •If you hunt and kill a bear, you must keep its skin and the part of its head with both ears.
• •You have to keep these parts during the bear hunting season and for 15 more days after the season ends.
• •If a game warden or officer asks, you must show them the bear skin and head part.

You go bear hunting during the open season and successfully hunt a bear.
