§ 3803 Predatory Bird Removal Authority

The department may take any individual bird, or birds of any species, that, in its opinion, are unduly preying upon any species of bird, mammal, reptile, amphibian, or fish. (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 285, Sec. 72. Effective January 1, 2008.)
