§ 2002 Possession Of Illegally Taken Wildlife

It is unlawful to possess a bird, mammal, fish, reptile, amphibian, or part of any of those animals, taken in violation of this code or a regulation adopted pursuant to this code. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 43. (AB 1527) Effective January 1, 2016.)
