§ 2945 Public Agency Authority Preservation

This law says that other rules or agencies can still do their jobs even if this law exists. It doesn’t change or stop other laws from working.

Key Takeaways

  • •This law doesn’t block other agencies from doing their work.
  • •Other laws and rules still apply as usual.
  • •It’s like saying, 'This rule doesn’t change anything else.'

Example

If a city has a rule about building parks, this law doesn’t stop the city from making or following that rule.

The city can still build parks and follow its own rules, even if this law is in place.
