§ 2941 Salton Sea Definitions

This law explains special words used in other laws about nature and water in California. It tells you what words like 'Agency' or 'Salton Sea Authority' mean so everyone understands the same thing.

Key Takeaways

  • •This law is like a dictionary for other nature laws.
  • •It explains who the 'Agency' is and what 'vector management' means.
  • •It helps everyone know exactly what words mean when talking about water and land rules.

Example

If a law says 'the Agency will protect the lake,' this part tells you that 'Agency' means the Natural Resources Agency.

Without this, people might not know which group is in charge of protecting the lake.
