§ 10907 Dana Point Marine Refuge

The following constitutes a marine life refuge and shall be designated as the Dana Point Marine Life Refuge: That portion of District 19 consisting of land and ocean waters bounded by a line commencing at Station 70 of the mean high tide line as shown on Document Number 25208 recorded in Book 7651, page 69 of Official Records on file in the Office of County Recorder of Orange County; thence along the mean high tide line westerly and northerly 3500 feet more or less to intersection with a line which is 2440 feet south of and parallel to the north line of Fractional Section 21, R. 8 W., T. 8 S., S.B.M.´; thence west 1200 feet; thence southerly and easterly 1200 feet from and parallel to the shore line to an intersection with a line which bears S 40° 00´ E. from said Station 70; thence N 40° 00´ W. 1200 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
