§ 6920 Minor Consent Authority

Subject to the limitations provided in this chapter, notwithstanding any other provision of law, a minor may consent to the matters provided in this chapter, and the consent of the minor’s parent or guardian is not necessary. (Enacted by Stats. 1992, Ch. 162, Sec. 10. Operative January 1, 1994.)
