§ 4203 County Enforcement Expenses Charge

(a) Except as provided in Section 4202, expenses of the county officer designated by the court, and expenses of the local child support agency incurred in the enforcement of an order of the type described in Section 4200 or 4201, are a charge upon the county where the proceedings are pending. (b) Fees for service of process in the enforcement of an order of the type described in Section 4200 or 4201 are a charge upon the county where the process is served. (Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 39. Effective September 28, 2000.)
