§ 79125 Assessment Payment Penalties

Any person who fails to pay any assessment, including submitting any records required by the commission, within the time required by the commission shall pay to the commission a penalty of 10 percent of the amount of the assessment determined to be due, and, in addition, shall pay 11/2 percent interest per month on the unpaid balance. (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 973, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2003.)
