§ 77573 Commission Enforcement Authority

The commission may administer and enforce this chapter and do and perform all acts and exercise all powers incidental to, or in connection with, or deemed reasonably necessary for, the proper implementation of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 550, Sec. 1. Effective August 27, 1990.)
