§ 77259 Pepper Producer Commission Qualifications

Any producer member and his or her alternate member on the commission shall be an individual producer or an employee representing a producer who has a financial interest in producing, or causing to be produced, peppers for market. Qualifications of producer members and their alternate members shall be maintained during their entire term of office. (Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 335, Sec. 1. Effective July 14, 1988.)
