§ 77205 Statute Severability Clause

Imagine a rule at school that says no running, no shouting, and no chewing gum. If the teacher later decides the 'no chewing gum' rule is unfair and removes it, the other rules about no running and no shouting still apply.

This law works the same way. If one part of the law is found to be invalid, the rest of the law still works and should be followed.
