§ 76910 Donor Contributions For Council

The secretary may accept contributions to advance the purposes of this chapter. If requested by the donor, the contributions shall be segregated and separately maintained for the use of the council. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 307, Sec. 53. (AB 958) Effective January 1, 2016.)
